Acceptance
By using Will It Fit?, you agree to these Terms of Use. Do not use the site when you do not accept them.
Informational purpose
The site provides general educational information and planning tools. It does not provide engineering, architectural, legal, consumer-rights, safety, moving, installation, code-compliance or professional trade advice.
No fit guarantee
Results depend on the numbers and descriptions entered by the user. They cannot account for every irregular shape, curve, obstruction, manufacturing difference, handling method, building condition or required clearance. A positive result does not certify that an item can be delivered, installed or used safely.
User responsibility
You are responsible for measuring carefully, checking units, verifying the exact model, reading current manufacturer instructions, confirming the full route and obtaining qualified help where appropriate. Do not force, lift, dismantle, connect or install an item in a way that risks injury, property damage, product damage or violation of instructions.
Purchases and third parties
Will It Fit? is not a seller, delivery company, installer or party to transactions mentioned by readers. Product availability, dimensions, return rights, delivery decisions, warranties and third-party services are controlled by the relevant provider and applicable terms.
Permitted use
You may use the public site for personal, household, educational and internal business planning. You may print checklists for those purposes. You may not copy substantial site content, republish the tools, remove notices, interfere with the site, probe security, use automated systems to overload it or present results as a professional certification.
Availability and changes
Pages, tools and features may be corrected, changed, relocated or removed without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser or device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and publisher are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the content or tools, including purchase price, delivery charges, labour, installation attempts, damage, injury, missed return periods, disposal, replacement shopping or lost time. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Governing context
These terms are administered from Ontario, Canada. Nothing in them removes consumer or other rights that cannot legally be excluded in the user’s jurisdiction.
